This workshop offers an intensive introduction to interest-based negotiation. Participants will develop a strong foundation of knowledge and skills to become skillful, confident and successful negotiators. Reinforce your existing skills and learn new ones through a combination of interactive adult teaching methods including case studies, videos, demonstrations, small group discussions, interactive exercises, practice drills, and simulations. Negotiation simulations move from simple two-party situations through to complex multi-party, multi-issue ones.
